I was standing there pondering my next move..wondering what to say when the door exploded open and knocked me on my back. I just lay there. I look up. I saw You. You stood there and looked at me for a while then offered me your hand. I took it..You brought me to my feet in one fluid motion. Our eyes met..then our lips and at that very moment I had no concept of time nor gravity nor emotion. I was oblivious to everything except OUR energy. I felt my soul. I had no body. I finally left this finite world and felt THE NEW. I wanted to see it all. But before I was brave enough to open my eyes you were gone. Gone. The universe pulsed. I felt the shock. Did you feel it too? The tears welled up and I fell to the ground. And there I stand still. Smiling. Crying. It was all a perverse hustle. I knew better. I roll my eyes, wipe my tears. Look around and take a deep breath. I walk away...
